Power transformers and shunt reactors from 20 MVA to 500 MVA, 33 kV to 400 kV, built at Sohar Industrial Area and type tested at KEMA and CESI.
Voltamp Power was established in 2008 as part of the Voltamp Energy group, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange, with Tatung Company of Taiwan as technology partner and shareholder. It produced the first 400 kV transformer manufactured in the GCC and supplies grid operators, oil and gas majors and renewable developers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. Its laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited and tests transformers and reactors to 400 kV to IEC and ANSI.

Distribution, medium power and dry-type transformers to 100 MVA and 150 kV class, from three works near Mumbai, with more than 9,000 units installed in over 60 countries.
Telawne has built transformers since 1987 and today operates plants at Rabale, Taloja and Ambernath in Maharashtra with a combined capacity of 10,000 MVA a year. Its in-house laboratory is NABL accredited and its units carry UL and CE certification for export. Telawne is TransVolt's main source of distribution and medium power transformers for UK solar, BESS, industrial and data-centre projects, where short lead times matter.

Transformer oil degassing, dehydration and regeneration plant, continuous online drying, and sorbent regeneration, from a manufacturer with 50 years in oil processing.
GlobeCore's CMM range treats insulating oil in service or at the factory: thermal vacuum degassing removes dissolved water and gas, while the CMM-R regeneration units restore aged oil to new-oil condition using reactivatable Fuller's earth, so the same oil stays in the transformer for the rest of its life. The TOR-4 and TOR-5 units bolt onto an energised transformer and dry it continuously while reporting moisture and insulation condition. TransVolt holds the exclusive UK distribution agreement and has supplied units to generators, rail, waste-to-energy and offshore wind operators.

Trailer or skid mounted. 4 to 7 m³/h degassing and dehydration; heating and filtration to 7 m³/h.

CMM-6RL at 0.45 m³/h up to CMM-12R. Restores acidity, colour and oxidation stability without an oil change.

Online drying of an energised transformer with moisture monitoring, housed for outdoor use; TOR-5 adds web reporting.

Reactivates zeolite and sorbent cartridges from CMM-260C and TOR units in the field, so cartridges are reused rather than replaced.

High-voltage test and measurement systems for transformer, cable and switchgear manufacturers, utilities and research laboratories.
KVTEK has designed and built HV test equipment at Gurgaon, India since 2005, from bench-top AC and DC test sets to complete laboratory installations. TransVolt is KVTEK's distributor for Europe and has supplied a 600 kV, 11 A series resonant test system with partial discharge measurement to a UK research test facility, taking the project from specification through factory acceptance to site assembly and commissioning.

Solar-blind UV cameras that make corona and surface discharge visible in full daylight, so faults on live HV plant are found before they become outages.
DayCor cameras overlay a UV image of discharge activity on a visible picture of the asset. Because the sensor is blind to sunlight, inspections happen in daylight at normal working distances, with the plant energised. Images are GPS-tagged and scored for severity, giving asset managers a repeatable record for insulators, bushings, connectors, cable terminations and switchgear. TransVolt is OFIL's UK distributor for the energy sector: generation, transmission, distribution and renewables. We supply and support the cameras and use them in our own condition assessment work.
Send us the rating, voltage or problem and we will come back with the right equipment and a price.
